Prussian Blue: Much ado, much nothing…

A friend of mine in California mentioned this music group named Prussian Blue. His words to me:

Knowing you O Mystic One, you’ll probably get a good laugh out of this. But they have folks around here all up in a tizzy, bruh.

So I went to the Prussian Blue web site and I was totally amused and charmed by these two cute blond hair and blue-eyed white girls. I emphasized “blond hair and blue-eyed white girls” for a reason: they emphasize it. 13-year old twin sisters Lamb and Lynx Gaede’s newest DVD/concert released is called “Blond Hair, Blue Eyes”. Their song lyrics are white nationalist is nature; white pride, white racial purity, etc. Of course they’ve been embraced by white nationalist groups such as National Vanguard (who have some interesting graphics on their site).

Now some of you maybe wondering why a black man such as myself thinks Prussian blue is so cute and charming. Well they are. Just look at them. Awwww! Oh yeah, about their lyrics and neo-Nazi stuff: YAWN! Look my dearest readers, I could care less about what Prussian Blue says. I don’t care that white nationalist and supremist groups are slobbering all over them. They can talk and talk and talk. In the grand scheme, not a damn thing Prussian Blue says is going to affect me, mine, and society at large. Now if a bunch of white people are marching down my street shooting at black people, then it’s time for some action. And that’s a big if. As far as Prussian Blue goes, you go girls and promote that white pride! Love ya!

And by the way Prussian Blue, I’m producing a group named Deep Ebony (two 14-year old black girls) that promotes black pride and such. Let’s hook-up for the mutha of all marketing schemes. We can get PAID!

UPDATE!

LaShawn Barber weighs in on Prussian Blue also. She takes the view that since these of white girls, it’s news but black folks get away with nationalist talk all the time. I guess you can look at it that way. Frankly, I care about the Prussian Blue/Deep Ebony tour. Controversy sells like flapjacks!

   About Prussian Blue, they are cute. They’re lyrics are distasteful and their singing is average at best. Guess their parents think they sing such great things.

   Regarding Prussian Blue Olsen Twins, honestly, I thought they were totally joking. Then I saw the 20/20 thing… wow. We’re really starving for news. All I can think of is what a great way to stir up convtroversy and get paid at the same time. Just throw out a couple plain looking white girls with mediocre talent and have them do some Sieg Heils, then you got yourself a lot of idiots’ attentions. Yeah, you’re white, yeah, your proud, yadda yadda yadda… nothing poignant about this. Next…

   i couldnt sleep last night so i turned on the tv and there was a story about prussian blue. i was stunned. so then i really couldnt sleep. now im at work and im reading all about them online and getting more and more upset that there are actually people who are so closed minded and doomed. (and i mean their mother b/c those cute little girls didnt come up with all that hate on their own it was instilled in them) but anyway, i eventually came to your site and it made me feel better. its true, as long as their not going out and killing people its all just talk but i just hope that their not influencing other impressionable youths AND cashing in on it tooo.
