Hillary Rodham Clinton says President Bush has a “What, me worry?” attitude (i.e. Alfred E. Neuman of MAD Magazine) and Republicans get all ornery and chippy:

Republicans Blast Sen. Clinton’s Comments

ALBANY, N.Y. - Republicans took aim at Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Monday for a speech comparing President Bush to Mad magazine’s freckle-faced, “What, me worry?” kid, Alfred E. Neuman.

A Republican National Committee official said the former first lady was “part of today’s angry and adrift Democrat Party,” while a spokesman for one of her potential 2006 Senate rivals said she was guilty of “insulting the president.”

Insulting to the Prez? Alfred E. Neuman is a LEGEND!

“At a time when President Bush and most elected officials are focused on the security of our nation, Mrs. Clinton seems focused on taking partisan jabs and promoting her presidential campaign,” added New York’s GOP chairman, Stephen Minarik. “Her priorities are clearly out of whack.”

And you Mr. Minarik, have your boxers firmly entrenched in your asshole. This is a no story. A whateva man moment. A we running things in the White House so kiss my Neuman ass moment. Furthermore, this is a NO RESPONSE NECESSARY moment. Hard to understand that these are adults squabbling over some name-calling. BLAH! And Democrats, you know you would have done the same thing so don’t get all self-rightous and jiggy. Without further ado, I leave you with the most appropriate words from Little Stevie Wonder!
